PSST
The Princeton Symposium on Syntactic Theory (affectionatey, “PSST”, pronounced /pst/) is a (mostly) annual workshop hosted by the Princeton Program in Linguistics. It is joint venture between me and Laura Kalin, in which we aim to bring together scholarship on syntax and issues related to syntax.
These meetings have ranged in themes (including syntactic interfaces, counterexamples, and typology/variation). PSST 2021 was an entirely virtual workshop, and the 2022 meeting was both online and in-person; in an aim to make PSST as accessible as possible, this hybrid model will continue to be our norm.
